How much counterweight will i lose if I walk/jog 60 min every sunshine for 2 weeks? Eating lone when hungry.?

I am female. 20 yrs dated, 175 lbs, 5'4" I would walk rugged and jog as much as possible. Eat natural, ballanced meals.How much counterweight will i lose if I walk/jog 60 min every sunshine for 2 weeks? Eating lone when hungry.?
There's no process of knowing that. How many calories would you put away every day? Even if you know that and you knew exactly how abundant calories you would burn exercising, there still wouldn't be one right answer. Everyone's different. There's no specific formula that tell you exactly how much you will lose if you do A, B, and C.
But if I had to answer your interview, I would say you shouldn't lose more than four pounds contained by two weeks. Healthy weight loss is between 1 and 2 pounds per week. But it could be 1 or 2 or 3, or it could be 0. You won't find out until you do it.
I would believe about 2 plus kilograms.
1.68 pounds total if you didn't cash your diet and jogged/walked(mostly walking fast)
You would have to run/walk for 8.33 hours to lose one pound. (3500 calories divided by 420 calories an hour)
Since you are varying your diet too and will jog more than meander, you will probably lose 1-1.5 pounds a week, maybe a bit more.
