How teens can lose mass?

I`m about 15 pounds heavier later i would like to be. I`ve be trying to eat well again and lose it for 3 years now but i find it exceedingly hard to hold up with respectable habits. How can i motivate myself and really start seeing results?How teens can lose mass?
do you gain enough exercise? I other find that I can cut back on food but the indisputable weight loss comes when I exercise. I can usually see results inwardly a week or two.

i know im 14 and sometimes when im working out im like i pass up
but jsut remeber
with tet skinny body guys will drink you up!
thats what motimates me is the guys i could get =]
i lost something like 30 pounds when i was 13 by not drinking, but once a day. i woldnt recoment it though
Motivation is somewhat of a myth, i don't know anyone who is certainly motivated to give up pizza, rime cream, and soda and although, i know a few people who similar to to work out,....most people i know don't.
Motivation may or may not follow but, you only make a commitment to yourself to do it.
Set the rules and consequently follow them,
it is hard but, simple.
The longer you do it, the easier it get and if you mess up, don't give up, of late start over RIGHT AWAY.
