This past weekend I go to Boston to visit my boyfriend, he wined and dined me and I wound up getting WAY bad of my diet. I probably consumed an extra 4000 calories. I know that it takes 3500 calories to gain a pound so how can I step up my diet this week surrounded by order to achieve my body back to regular asap?How should I adjust my diet?
