How normally should you do pilates to go and get fitting results?
Joseph Pilates himself recommended 15-30 min. sessions four times a week. In my personal experience, doing it less than 15 min. twice a week is too little, but doing it every single morning is too much. You want to give your body a accidental to rest, so take at smallest one full day a week stale.
