How much mass can I lose running for 30min. 5x/wk. contained by 4 months?

I previousley asked a similar question, just that I was running partially the amount of time. Today I pushed myself an extra 15min. with out a problem and realize I can handle it! In total I be on the treadmill 46min. (ran 30min. burned 432 cal.) If I keep this up for 4mnths. (5'4"/191) how much weightiness can I expect to lose by mid july (4mnths.)? Thanks! my original purpose was 40pounds, but realisticly I don't suggest it's going to happen... something is better than nil what do you think?How much mass can I lose running for 30min. 5x/wk. contained by 4 months?
It really depends also on how tons calories you are consuming per day. one pound = 3500 calories. So you would hold to burn 3500 calories to lose one pound.
So, if you burned 432 calories, and you run 5 days a week, that's a total calorie expenditure of 2160.
Of course everything that you do has a calorie expenditure so if you do a low round diet at say 1500-2000 calories per light of day you could lose at least 1-2 pds per week. You may lose a bunch to start, but as you start to build lean muscle and lose round you may not see much on the scale, but you will see more in inches and how your clothes fit.

You'll probably lose give or take a few 20-25 pounds.
Maybe try eating smaller number & you can lose even more.
You should also consider diversifying your workouts to include yoga, biking, and some weightlifting in directive to burn all forms of margarine on the body...good luck!
