How should I guzzle?

How many calories should I drink a day? When I want to lose at lowest possible 35 pounds to get vertebrae in between 110-120. And how heaps at what times?(like at breakfest,lunch, dinner snacks or whatever)How should I guzzle?
well, a friend of mine lose solidity quite quickly by eating this diet: breakfast,and lunch back 2pm..after that no more eating except for fibers(cuz you dont want bare stomach or else you take gastric).she strictly eat smaller quantity carbohydrate,fats and sweet foods but more protiens.at night she usually choose yogurt only.
immediately,she still maintain the diet.it's almost a year.but trust me if i utter that she's sooooo hot and bootylicious.yes, she did look different now.
amend your diet by doing exercise.by walking and taking the stairs more often.and remember to do sit ups to seize sexy abdomen
do some exersises and chew gum; trust me itll spawn your hunger go away; works w/ me and instead of ingestion whenever ur hungry just drink hose
