Thnx!How much should I weigh??
Well, you don't want to be in motion overboard if you have a full-size frame. I wouldn't go beneath 135lb-140lb, otherwise you are going to end up next to no hips!
Take care : )
You should weigh doesn`t matter what weight you turn out to be as the outcome of a decent nutrition and exercise routine.
personally i reflect your weight is fine contained by fact in normal. You can check glowing weight catalogue at http://www.weightwatchers.com/health/asm... if u want to lose a few pounds check out weight watchers they are great.
The Body Mass Index (BMI) is collectively used to figure out, base on your height and weightiness, where you stand within terms of risk to vigour. There are limitations, but it works pretty well as a screening tool.
Your BMI, since you are 65 inches towering and weigh 130 lbs, is 26. This puts you at mildly elevated risk for health problems down the string, like heart disease and diabetes. Normally, associates should be about BMI of 19-25. BMIs over 30 are of great concern, and unanimously above this range one is considered obese.
Having a target substance of 130 is good, but you will be doing fine if your shipment is 150 lbs or below.
