While reading your query, one question comes surrounded by my mind that are you having some girlfriend or lover?
If yes after this feeling should not be surrounded by your mind.If you want to control it then whenever you bring back this type of mood try to close your eyes and concentrate on your breath . In simple language try to do meditation ,it's really work.
Try to do this I'm sure it give a hand you to concentrate on your work rather than sex mood.
i too same resembling you, i am open minded, but it is within our hands, we can control, god created man beside sex appetite in his childish ages, but he gave knowledge how to control and stream it......
