im 25 and i want to build my muscles and i eat fine and am well used of weights enjoy being doing them for almost a yearHow repeatedly should a muscle be intensly exercised a week?
Using a split routine and hitting respectively muscle group hard once a week is a great approach to workout. Keep in mind the lower muscles involved (i.e Back involves Bi's, Chest involves Tri's)
Some of my favorite schedules are
1)
M - Back and Bi (Also a set of forearms)
W - Chest and Tri (Also a set of abs)
Sa - Legs and Shoulders (Dont forget calves)
2)
M - Legs and Shoulders (Dont forget calves)
W - Tri and Bi (Also a set of forearms)
Sa - Chest and Back (Also a set of abs)
For olden times 6 months i've been on a 9 light of day split, meaning I hit every muscle rock-hard once every 9 days. Best part is I'm still seeing great results. If you want to try this consequently just follow one of the plans above but put 2 rest days surrounded by between each workout.
3 times a week
no more than everyother daytime.....they need a afternoon to recover
You can build muscle two ways: (1) For beginners and intermediate strength trainers, it's recommended that you do full-body workouts three days a week. (2) For more advanced lifters, you can work out every hours of daylight if you work different muscle groups, but you really need to know what you're doing contained by terms of isolation exercises and lifting near proper form to be able to do that. Best to start stale lifting no more often than every other sunshine and work all the chief muscle groups when you do.
