how unhealthy is my food i ate soo far today...a pretzel(a milieu frozen one) bagel plain, a little pod of fruit snacks, and 5 crackers with cheeeseHow poorly is???
Pretty darn seedy. The problem isn't so much the calories but the complete lack of nutritional convenience.
The pretzel and bagel have almost no nutritional effectiveness. There may be some amount of fiber and/or protein in them, but this is particularly small in comparison next to the calories involved.
The fruit snacks are probably pure sugar. Not healthy.
Crackers and cheese. Would variety a healthy snack if couched within the middle of some otherwise healthy meal.
You need to seize some protein, fiber, and real fruits and vegetables into your diet. Eating a on the edge diet is very historic to weight loss (if to be precise your goal) and you will end up doing more spoil than good if you focus solely on the caloric content of items than on the overall nutritional attraction.
It's not really that unhealthy but you hold ate a lot of carbohydrates which will turn into sugars.
where's the fruit? i inevitability to see an apple or something!
You have too much carbs. Not adequate variety. put away some lean protein, vegatables and fresh fruit.
