I am trying to have a well again lifestyle. My doctor says I obligation to lose 15 pounds. I am 5' 51/2" and weigh 140 lbs. I'm 12 years old. If I do 30 minutes of cardio every other light of day and 40 minutes of pilates the days I'm not doing cardio 6 days a week and eat 1200-1500 calories a daytime should I be able to accomplish my goal by summer? Any suggestions would be great too.How to realize this?
Probably, yes. As long as you get through healthily and exercise regularly, then you should lose cargo without have to restrict your eating too much. My suggestion would be not to spend too much time on the clamber, since your actual weight is smaller number important than your overall physical robustness.
