im tryin 2 lose some fat on the stairclumber but how u no when ur burning muscle not rotund?How u no when your burning muscle?
when active the body is other metabolizing substrates from stored proteins (amino acids scavenged from muscle) stored glucose (muscle and liver glycogen) and free fatty acids.
