OK...i want to get skinny thighs by exercising at home...so what are the fastest and most efective ways?How to grasp skinny thighs?
leg lift or lie on your spinal column and pretned you're riding a bicycle in the upper air then save doing that :) it really helps appropriate luck! :)
I, too, am on a quest for thin good-looking thighs! lol I am doing 45 minutes of pilates 6 days a week and 30 min of cardio 4 times a week. Cut out fatty, fried, sugary, and high-carb foods, too! Another good item you can do at home while you watch tv is lunges and squats; GREAT for the thighs and booty!

nothing worth have is acquired summarily. u have to work firm at it and for awhile. i would get exercise tape. but i think cardio will minister to u alot and also lunges
Doing cardio activity will burn overweight. Try walking, using a exercise DVD or jogging.
To acquire toned and strong legs, try narrow and widespread leg squats, front, back and side lunges and knees lifts (to chest)
I used a video by Tony Little call Lower Body Reduction 3 to 4 times per week.
I'm thinking stretch, legs apart, reach for the middle ground. Hold. Then do it again plentifully of times.

My sister uses a stair stepper and believe me she HAD thunderthighs . she does it every morning and night for 30 minutes, she tell me how it burns but I think no discomfort no gain . she's reall looking great it even helps next to the hips and buns.
you have to stick beside it, I know you can do it.
