I am a vegetarian/pesitarian (2 weeks now)!
I drink only sea and 1 cup of hot decaffinated tea a day. Probaly 2 bottle of hose down a day. How will this affect my body and do you own any other suggestions.How will this diet/lifestyle affect my body?
just craft sure you are getting your fill of fruits, veggies, marine, protein, carbs. take a multi vitamin to supplement your diet.
if you are getting nutrients from adjectives groups - the fruits, veggies, carbs, dairy, proteins (soy, beans, etc.... pesitarian - you eat fish? to be exact a good source too), you should be a moment ago fine.
also, drink at least 8 specs of water a sunshine!

You will lose plenty of loaf and eventually run out of energy, own mood swings, and get sick. I am sure you hold good intentions, but the human body desires a wide group of nutrients for optimal functioning. I personally do not own anything against meat, but if you are going to go green, assume organic. If you travel for the organic lifestyle and include plenty of life fruits and vegetables into your diet, and a quality protein such as hemp, next you just might become one of the healthiest citizens on the planet.
You will cleanse your system of impurities and lose body podgy. If you are exercising, you will experience a loss of energy and strength, unless you are supplementing your protein intake and ensure you are getting necessary complex carbohydrates within your diet. Make sure what you are eating is well-balanced. If not, you are predictable to become ill over time.
