I am a 18 yr old guy .. I enjoy some breathing problems...Recently to stay more fit nd have a upright stamina , i started jogging evry morning ...but i cant even run half a km minus taking a 5 min break ... Is my stamina really very low ..
What other actions can be done (at home ) to improve fitness nd StaminaHow to upgrade stamina ??
swimming help everything. body fat, breathing, achieve an instructor if possible, thats the best warning anyone ever gave me.
