Things to do in your home. Im trying to flatten my stomach, tone my thighs and butt.How to tone your body?
You should emphatically try losing body fat contained by order to tone anything. So pick up on some cardio and take yourself on a healthier diet. Light weightlifting also isn't a doomed to failure idea.
The aim why you want to lose body fat is, if you suggest that weight lifting alone will build muscle to tone that nouns...the fat over it will still be there.
by working out
do Sit ups
do some consignment lefting
eat right
I saw instant rise when I did sit-ups and push-ups. Just do those old-fashioned exercises they qualified you in academy.
