well nearby really isnt a solution to getting taller its just contained by ur jeans. if ur parents are small or tall afterwards u will be small or tall most of the time. and as u win older u start to grow more especially when u hit puberty.

You cant be taller explicitly predetermined by your genes. If she's twenty and 4'11" she's probably reacher her maximum height. Basically there's nought she can do.
