How to slim down your frontage?

I am quite skinny and i want to slim down my frontage without doing any operation.How to slim down your frontage?
I cogitate that its just genetic if i gain any bulk it goes straight on my obverse it is damn annoying.

me too i wanna know!! my mom said that within are some facial creams that claim to have "slimming" effects can really do the trick, she get me one (the Bio-essence face lifting cream) but i'm not too consistent near it, so i'm not sure if it really works. :P
